Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We require a 50% deposit on all design work and 100% payment for all print work up front. There are no refunds on print work only re-print if the error is our fault and if the final product is not what you ordered. If there are mistakes in the copy or design and you signed a confirmation and print release form there are no refunds or re-prints. You will be required to pay for a new print run.
